The public record of material security incidents affecting Doctena, in reverse chronological order. We commit to publishing every notifiable personal data breach and every SEV-1 service incident.

What we publish

For every entry below, we record:

  • The date and the time-to-detect / time-to-resolve.
  • The severity classification (see /status).
  • A description of the user impact.
  • The root cause analysis summary.
  • The corrective actions and their tracking.
  • For data breaches: notification to the relevant supervisory authority (Art. 33 GDPR) and to affected data subjects (Art. 34 GDPR).

Incident archive

The incident archive is currently being migrated from internal records. The summary numbers are published in the Transparency report; the per-incident detail will appear here once the migration is complete. We will not retro-edit incidents — corrections are appended.
